Narrative:
Received clearance on clearance delivery with void time 2 mins hence. Switched to advisory (CTAF), announced I was departing runway 17, performed a quick 360 degree clearing turn to search for traffic, crossed runway 13/31 and advised power for takeoff. Noticed back-taxiing bizjet, rejected takeoff, reversed direction, announced that I was departing runway 13 and departed. About the time I saw the bizjet, unicom informed me that the jet was back-taxiing and the jet turned on his landing/taxi lights. Flight was routine after that. My haste to meet void time was obvious contributor. Jet back-taxiing active runway instead of using txwys is another. Jet's silence throughout is another. Inability to see departure end of runway 17 from taxiway due to slope, vegetation is another. I'll reject short void periods in future to enhance situational awareness.
