Narrative:

While landing in gusty wind conditions to the east at a private agricultural airstrip, I encountered a severe downdraft causing the tailwheel of the supercub to contact the radio antenna of an automobile passing beneath me on the road that crosses directly off the west end of our runway. The antenna then flexed down striking the roof of the car and causing a paint chip. There was no further damage to the car and none to the airplane. I had seen the car approaching from the south at a high rate of speed and it initially appeared it would cross the runway before I got to the road. However, I believe it slowed down to watch the airplane land. There are no 'low flying aircraft' caution signs on the road.
