Narrative:
I had cleared a C207 5 mi out to land runway 6. A few mins later, C185 called for a intersection departure. I cleared him for takeoff. About 23 seconds later, I heard the C207 motor rev and saw him go around. I had the C207 progress strip in my hand, not on the strip board. Thank god the C207 pilot was watching.
