Narrative:

Aircraft X had a chronic problem with alternate brake bleed-down. I had worked on this aircraft 30 days prior to this day. I was working on a job card turnover report from third shift. The other mechanic, lead and foreman all looked at the report and we had a very hard time determining what had been written up. We hooked up the right brake control rods and continued troubleshooting system. I svced the alternate brake accumulator when we noticed no changeover. No help. We then replaced alternate brake changeover valve and svced alternate brake accumulator again. Brake bleed-down was within limits and we filled out the logbook and dispatched aircraft.
