Narrative:

I was instructing a rated pilot on landing technique at msn. We were in a piper archer. We were in pattern doing touch and goes on runway 36. We were issued a landing clearance on runway 36, and to hold short of runway 31. Upon landing, the PF encountered a strong wind gust, and we took off on runway 36 instead of stopping. The controller had issued a takeoff clearance to an aircraft on runway 31, which he then canceled the takeoff clearance for that aircraft. The aircraft on runway 31 never left the ground, and was no factor.

Title: A PA28 INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT, CLRED TO LAND AT MSN, EXECUTED A TOUCH AND GO.

Narrative: I WAS INSTRUCTING A RATED PLT ON LNDG TECHNIQUE AT MSN. WE WERE IN A PIPER ARCHER. WE WERE IN PATTERN DOING TOUCH AND GOES ON RWY 36. WE WERE ISSUED A LNDG CLRNC ON RWY 36, AND TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 31. UPON LNDG, THE PF ENCOUNTERED A STRONG WIND GUST, AND WE TOOK OFF ON RWY 36 INSTEAD OF STOPPING. THE CTLR HAD ISSUED A TKOF CLRNC TO AN ACFT ON RWY 31, WHICH HE THEN CANCELED THE TKOF CLRNC FOR THAT ACFT. THE ACFT ON RWY 31 NEVER LEFT THE GND, AND WAS NO FACTOR.
