Narrative:
I am a new first officer on day 2 of my IOE and flying the new korry one profile descent into lga. The altitude restrs show holey at or above 13000 ft. 6 mi later, brand intersection must be crossed at 11000 ft. We crossed holy above 13000 ft, as published, and were unable to cross brand at 11000 ft. We crossed brand at 12000 ft, as I didn't anticipate the descent rate required to cross brand at 11000 ft. Crossing holey at any altitude above 13000 ft makes the brand restr extremely difficult to make. Making the holey crossing a hard altitude as well as very detailed examination of the profile would have prevented this situation.
