Narrative:
We were going from pdk to lga. We were given the korry 1 arrival. I was flying the plane, copilot set up the FMS VNAV. I checked the set-up, but failed to notice he had entered the crossing restr at bessi intersection as 17000 ft or above. We set the altitude alert for the next altitude of 13000 ft. ATC and I both saw the error at 16400 ft. The correction is to check and doublechk.

Title: XING RESTR ON THE KORRY 1 ARR TO LGA, NY, NOT MET.
Narrative: WE WERE GOING FROM PDK TO LGA. WE WERE GIVEN THE KORRY 1 ARR. I WAS FLYING THE PLANE, COPLT SET UP THE FMS VNAV. I CHKED THE SET-UP, BUT FAILED TO NOTICE HE HAD ENTERED THE XING RESTR AT BESSI INTXN AS 17000 FT OR ABOVE. WE SET THE ALT ALERT FOR THE NEXT ALT OF 13000 FT. ATC AND I BOTH SAW THE ERROR AT 16400 FT. THE CORRECTION IS TO CHK AND DOUBLECHK.
