Narrative:
Captain said 'airport in sight.' approach cleared us for visual approach to runway 34L. Captain called for 'gear down, landing check.' I did these items, going heads down. When I came up, I was about to tell him I still did not see the airport. Just at that time, I heard the controller say we were lined up for runway 34R. I acknowledged 'correcting left for runway 34L.' the captain turned left and overshot runway 34L. I stated 'the airport and runway 34L are now at 1 O'clock position becoming 2 O'clock position.' he acknowledged and turned back right for runway 34L. There were no traffic conflicts. The flight was completed uneventfully. I think the captain called the airport before he saw it.

Title: CORPORATE JET CAPT OVERSHOT FINAL FOR VISUAL APCH RESULTING IN LINING UP WITH THE WRONG PARALLEL RWY DURING NIGHTTIME OP.
Narrative: CAPT SAID 'ARPT IN SIGHT.' APCH CLRED US FOR VISUAL APCH TO RWY 34L. CAPT CALLED FOR 'GEAR DOWN, LNDG CHK.' I DID THESE ITEMS, GOING HEADS DOWN. WHEN I CAME UP, I WAS ABOUT TO TELL HIM I STILL DID NOT SEE THE ARPT. JUST AT THAT TIME, I HEARD THE CTLR SAY WE WERE LINED UP FOR RWY 34R. I ACKNOWLEDGED 'CORRECTING L FOR RWY 34L.' THE CAPT TURNED L AND OVERSHOT RWY 34L. I STATED 'THE ARPT AND RWY 34L ARE NOW AT 1 O'CLOCK POS BECOMING 2 O'CLOCK POS.' HE ACKNOWLEDGED AND TURNED BACK R FOR RWY 34L. THERE WERE NO TFC CONFLICTS. THE FLT WAS COMPLETED UNEVENTFULLY. I THINK THE CAPT CALLED THE ARPT BEFORE HE SAW IT.
