Narrative:
Aircraft Y was descended to FL290 and turned to 270 degrees to allow for the required 20 NM spacing into dtw area. Aircraft X was heading 280 degrees. The LR24 (aircraft Y) was faster and slower to turn. Aircraft X was descended, but horizontal and vertical separation was not maintained.
