Narrative: ATTEMPTING TO VECTOR A NUMBER OF ACFT FOR ORD SPACING (20 MI IN TRAIL). ACFT CAME INTO SECTOR IN CLOSE PROX AND CONFLICTING WITH OTHER ACFT. VECTORS FAILED TO ACHIEVE LATERAL SEPARATION.
