Narrative:
Spinning aircraft landing ewr at and VORTAC due to new york approach, wardo sector, not taking aircraft handoff in timely manner. Long line of ewr arrs. C130 from snf-dqo-nkt. Took handoff and issued 30 degree left vector to stay clear of jaike intersection (not depicted on video map, but should be). Sabreliner, landing teb. Issued restr to cross jaike at 13000 ft. Busy spinning ewr arrs, timing off. Looked back too late to successfully vector sabreliner 1 away from C130. Separation lost.
