Narrative:
Upon takeoff from ase runway 33, lindz 4 departure, climbing on 340 degree heading with inbound traffic inbound for landing on runway 15 at 8700 ft MSL, advised tower that we were starting our turn to 270 degrees. She said, 'ok, your traffic is off to your left 2 mi.' as we were rolling wings level, we heard the hawker pilot say he had a TCASII alert. We then saw him pass under us approximately 150 ft going from right to left. We believe situation was caused by tower controller losing visual contact with inbound hawker. Recommend no opposite direction takeoffs and lndgs at same time.

Title: SBR-1 AND HAWKER JET HAD NMAC AT ASE.
Narrative: UPON TKOF FROM ASE RWY 33, LINDZ 4 DEP, CLBING ON 340 DEG HDG WITH INBOUND TFC INBOUND FOR LNDG ON RWY 15 AT 8700 FT MSL, ADVISED TWR THAT WE WERE STARTING OUR TURN TO 270 DEGS. SHE SAID, 'OK, YOUR TFC IS OFF TO YOUR L 2 MI.' AS WE WERE ROLLING WINGS LEVEL, WE HEARD THE HAWKER PLT SAY HE HAD A TCASII ALERT. WE THEN SAW HIM PASS UNDER US APPROX 150 FT GOING FROM R TO L. WE BELIEVE SIT WAS CAUSED BY TWR CTLR LOSING VISUAL CONTACT WITH INBOUND HAWKER. RECOMMEND NO OPPOSITE DIRECTION TKOFS AND LNDGS AT SAME TIME.
