Narrative:

I was tracking localizer 111.9 to runway 19 in VFR. Was reading 1/2 DOT left of track when a B727-200 descended through my altitude and flight path. It did not monitor CTAF 122.9 or plg FSS advisory 123.6. It did not give any position reports before it was 4 NM 7 DME, it is less than 1 NM final. It squeezed in between my flight and another flight that was on short final and was able to get off the runway in time. Failure to monitor 123.6, I gave position reports to see and avoid when overtaking another aircraft. The B727-200 showed no respect for the other traffic in the area, did not monitor the CTAF, and did not look out and avoid traffic as it was overtaking it and they descended through a thin overcast on a visual approach clearance! I count myself lucky to be alive and for being just 1/2 DOT of track as I was tracking a localizer in VFR-MVFR conditions.

Title: AN NMAC ON APCH TO AN UNCTLED ARPT IN MVFR CONDITIONS.

Narrative: I WAS TRACKING LOC 111.9 TO RWY 19 IN VFR. WAS READING 1/2 DOT L OF TRACK WHEN A B727-200 DSNDED THROUGH MY ALT AND FLT PATH. IT DID NOT MONITOR CTAF 122.9 OR PLG FSS ADVISORY 123.6. IT DID NOT GIVE ANY POS RPTS BEFORE IT WAS 4 NM 7 DME, IT IS LESS THAN 1 NM FINAL. IT SQUEEZED IN BTWN MY FLT AND ANOTHER FLT THAT WAS ON SHORT FINAL AND WAS ABLE TO GET OFF THE RWY IN TIME. FAILURE TO MONITOR 123.6, I GAVE POS RPTS TO SEE AND AVOID WHEN OVERTAKING ANOTHER ACFT. THE B727-200 SHOWED NO RESPECT FOR THE OTHER TFC IN THE AREA, DID NOT MONITOR THE CTAF, AND DID NOT LOOK OUT AND AVOID TFC AS IT WAS OVERTAKING IT AND THEY DSNDED THROUGH A THIN OVCST ON A VISUAL APCH CLRNC! I COUNT MYSELF LUCKY TO BE ALIVE AND FOR BEING JUST 1/2 DOT OF TRACK AS I WAS TRACKING A LOC IN VFR-MVFR CONDITIONS.
