Narrative:
On feb/sat/02, I flew from laf to cfj to solo my student for the first time. Cfj is a local non twred airport that I decided on using because there is typically less traffic and no tower to distract my student. When we arrived at cfj the winds were reported from 160-180 degrees at 10 KTS. My student has experience in hang gliders and gliders as well as pwred aircraft. At the time of his solo, he had roughly 35 hours of flight time in pwred aircraft. I was comfortable with soloing him much earlier, but he has a language barrier and our home class D tower gets busy at times. After 3 touch-and-goes together, I got out of the plane. My student's first touch-and-go was uneventful. On the second landing he got nervous, stepped on the left brake, and the aircraft went off the runway and hit a runway light post. I believed the light was hit with the left landing gear. After I inspected the gear we called the FBO manager and flew home. After we landed I further inspected the aircraft to find the propeller damaged. I never thought of inspecting the propeller because I believe I was distraction with calming my student and the situation down. In addition to being an meii, I am also an a&P.

Title: A C152 CFI FLIES HIS ACFT BACK TO HOME BASE, NOT REALIZING THAT THE PROP WAS DAMAGED DURING HIS STUDENT'S FLAWED SOLO LNDG.
Narrative: ON FEB/SAT/02, I FLEW FROM LAF TO CFJ TO SOLO MY STUDENT FOR THE FIRST TIME. CFJ IS A LCL NON TWRED ARPT THAT I DECIDED ON USING BECAUSE THERE IS TYPICALLY LESS TFC AND NO TWR TO DISTRACT MY STUDENT. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT CFJ THE WINDS WERE RPTED FROM 160-180 DEGS AT 10 KTS. MY STUDENT HAS EXPERIENCE IN HANG GLIDERS AND GLIDERS AS WELL AS PWRED ACFT. AT THE TIME OF HIS SOLO, HE HAD ROUGHLY 35 HRS OF FLT TIME IN PWRED ACFT. I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH SOLOING HIM MUCH EARLIER, BUT HE HAS A LANGUAGE BARRIER AND OUR HOME CLASS D TWR GETS BUSY AT TIMES. AFTER 3 TOUCH-AND-GOES TOGETHER, I GOT OUT OF THE PLANE. MY STUDENT'S FIRST TOUCH-AND-GO WAS UNEVENTFUL. ON THE SECOND LNDG HE GOT NERVOUS, STEPPED ON THE L BRAKE, AND THE ACFT WENT OFF THE RWY AND HIT A RWY LIGHT POST. I BELIEVED THE LIGHT WAS HIT WITH THE L LNDG GEAR. AFTER I INSPECTED THE GEAR WE CALLED THE FBO MGR AND FLEW HOME. AFTER WE LANDED I FURTHER INSPECTED THE ACFT TO FIND THE PROP DAMAGED. I NEVER THOUGHT OF INSPECTING THE PROP BECAUSE I BELIEVE I WAS DISTR WITH CALMING MY STUDENT AND THE SIT DOWN. IN ADDITION TO BEING AN MEII, I AM ALSO AN A&P.
