Narrative:
Expedited descent, due to RA. On finks 6 arrival to dca, we were flying the ldn 058 degree radial at 15000 ft. Given left turn to 010 degree heading and descent to 14000 ft. Turned left and started gradual descent. ATC called with immediate descent to 13000 ft. Got TCASII RA on traffic we had in sight at 12 O'clock position crossing left to right. Expedited descent to 13000 ft.
