Narrative:
While in ZZZ1 (preparing to return to ZZZ) we received an ACARS message to contact llc's manager on duty upon arrival in ZZZ. He stated that he had received a call saying that we took off from ZZZ to ZZZ1 without a closeout weight slip. We were #1 for takeoff and had not received a weight slip so we requested our 'numbers' via ACARS and received an updated takeoff performance system. According to llc's training handouts, an ACARS takeoff performance system obtained after closeout is a 'stand alone' document and may be used in lieu of another closeout, so we thought that we had our closeout numbers. We used the zero fuel weight, V speeds, and stabilizer trim setting from the new tps and performed a maximum thrust takeoff. Apparently one item not included on an updated takeoff performance system, that is on the closeout weight slip, is the no ground security irregularities statement. We inadvertently took off without a copy of the no ground security irregularities statement. A recommendation to include the statement on all updated takeoff performance system's would preclude this from happening in the future.

Title: A B757 CREW DEPARTED ZZZ WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION OF PAX COUNT VERSUS PAX CHKED BAGS, IE, THE 'SECURITY CHK STATEMENT.'
Narrative: WHILE IN ZZZ1 (PREPARING TO RETURN TO ZZZ) WE RECEIVED AN ACARS MESSAGE TO CONTACT LLC'S MGR ON DUTY UPON ARR IN ZZZ. HE STATED THAT HE HAD RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THAT WE TOOK OFF FROM ZZZ TO ZZZ1 WITHOUT A CLOSEOUT WT SLIP. WE WERE #1 FOR TKOF AND HAD NOT RECEIVED A WT SLIP SO WE REQUESTED OUR 'NUMBERS' VIA ACARS AND RECEIVED AN UPDATED TKOF PERFORMANCE SYS. ACCORDING TO LLC'S TRAINING HANDOUTS, AN ACARS TKOF PERFORMANCE SYS OBTAINED AFTER CLOSEOUT IS A 'STAND ALONE' DOCUMENT AND MAY BE USED IN LIEU OF ANOTHER CLOSEOUT, SO WE THOUGHT THAT WE HAD OUR CLOSEOUT NUMBERS. WE USED THE ZERO FUEL WT, V SPDS, AND STABILIZER TRIM SETTING FROM THE NEW TPS AND PERFORMED A MAX THRUST TKOF. APPARENTLY ONE ITEM NOT INCLUDED ON AN UPDATED TKOF PERFORMANCE SYS, THAT IS ON THE CLOSEOUT WT SLIP, IS THE NO GND SECURITY IRREGULARITIES STATEMENT. WE INADVERTENTLY TOOK OFF WITHOUT A COPY OF THE NO GND SECURITY IRREGULARITIES STATEMENT. A RECOMMENDATION TO INCLUDE THE STATEMENT ON ALL UPDATED TKOF PERFORMANCE SYS'S WOULD PRECLUDE THIS FROM HAPPENING IN THE FUTURE.
