Narrative:

ILS runway 6R cle missed approach with GPWS. Approach requested 210 KTS to FAF. We planned flap 5 degrees to FAF then gear and flaps as speed permitted. Just prior to FAF we got altimeter compare light. Missed configuring trying to figure out compare light. At 1200 ft AGL decided not to land, continued down glide path to take a look at 600 ft AGL, got whoop, whoop due to flaps, went around. Also had a master caution door between 1200 ft AGL and 700 ft AGL. Neither tower, approach or ATIS mentioned moderate/severe turbulence below 1000 ft AGL or crosswind 20 KTS gusting 40 KTS or gain loss 20 KTS on final.
