Narrative:

C182 departed cmh climbing to 3000 ft. I didn't achieve radar contact until 7 mi south of cmh. We have been on cenrap all wkend. Luckily the WX has been terrible (very high winds), so traffic is way down. I hear that we won't be back on our ASR-9 until maybe wednesday! Targets drop. Tags drop. Lots of 'coasting.' no conflict alert. No low altitude alert. This is a recipe for disaster.
