Narrative:
PA32-300 depart from pgsn with 2 passenger at XA55 for pgwt. Flight after 1 min passing reporting point and joining left base for wy 8 pgwt at approximately XB02, I reported left base for runway 8 pgwt. Approximately 1 min after flight beginning to turn final runway 8, 2 military helicopters suddenly reported right base runway 8. At that time the helicopter is turing final in front of me. Approximately 1 - 1 1/2 mi between my aircraft and helicopter about the same level at 700 ft, flight executes missed approach immediately proceeding right side upwind and cross overhead runway and rejoins left downwind for runway 8 to avoid that traffic. After the flight landed pgwt at XB05, I checked with FSS regarding the helicopter reporting status. FSS replied that the helicopter only reported right base runway 8 then landed on pgwt and no further report.

Narrative: PA32-300 DEPART FROM PGSN WITH 2 PAX AT XA55 FOR PGWT. FLT AFTER 1 MIN PASSING RPTING POINT AND JOINING L BASE FOR WY 8 PGWT AT APPROX XB02, I RPTED L BASE FOR RWY 8 PGWT. APPROX 1 MIN AFTER FLT BEGINNING TO TURN FINAL RWY 8, 2 MIL HELIS SUDDENLY RPTED R BASE RWY 8. AT THAT TIME THE HELI IS TURING FINAL IN FRONT OF ME. APPROX 1 - 1 1/2 MI BTWN MY ACFT AND HELI ABOUT THE SAME LEVEL AT 700 FT, FLT EXECUTES MISSED APCH IMMEDIATELY PROCEEDING R SIDE UPWIND AND CROSS OVERHEAD RWY AND REJOINS L DOWNWIND FOR RWY 8 TO AVOID THAT TFC. AFTER THE FLT LANDED PGWT AT XB05, I CHKED WITH FSS REGARDING THE HELI RPTING STATUS. FSS REPLIED THAT THE HELI ONLY RPTED R BASE RWY 8 THEN LANDED ON PGWT AND NO FURTHER RPT.
