Contacted cairns (dothan, al) approach about 16 NM southwest of rsr at 1200 ft MSL, heading toward dhn. Accidently flew through landing pattern at allen ahp, about 15 helicopters were in immediate area. We saw about 3 helicopters at our altitude and had to take evasive action to avoid them.

Narrative: CONTACTED CAIRNS (DOTHAN, AL) APCH ABOUT 16 NM SW OF RSR AT 1200 FT MSL, HEADING TOWARD DHN. ACCIDENTLY FLEW THROUGH LNDG PATTERN AT ALLEN AHP, ABOUT 15 HELIS WERE IN IMMEDIATE AREA. WE SAW ABOUT 3 HELIS AT OUR ALT AND HAD TO TAKE EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID THEM.
