Narrative:

Passenger complaint of heart beating acceleration. Paged a doctor and decided after examining passenger to divert to gcm. Passenger was taken to a hospital, no further action. However, customs in gcm, first officer, almost denied that asian passenger who was sick to go to hospital because she had no visa to be in gcm. I don't think that is the right procedure when somebody is really sick.
