Narrative:
During taxi, I received a full route clearance from washington clearance delivery. We were taxiing off from yro, va. It was a very in-depth clearance. I had to read it back twice. I was entering the waypoint in the GPS. I was #1 for takeoff. If I didn't go, I would have had to wait. I didn't get all of the waypoints into the computer and I was airborne. Once I was airborne, I looked for the clearance that I had written down. It had stopped under the seat. I looked for it, but by that time I had already penetrated dulles airspace. I was told to make a right turn and then the controller came back and said 'XXXX, turn to 360 degrees.' I made a hard right turn to north. By that time they had to break an aircraft off the approach into dulles, washington, dc. After the turn to 360 degrees, I was informed that I would need to call approach control when I got on the ground. I have only been up into that area once before but I was not PIC, and it was to another airport besides leesburg. This report is to let you know that I penetrated washington, dc, dulles airspace without clearance and they had to deviate aircraft because I was unfamiliar with the airspace. I had 5 passenger -- 1 was in the right seat of the cockpit when the incident occurred.

Title: UNAUTH UNCOORD ENTRY INTO CLASS B AIRSPACE BY A C90 CPR PLT DURING A SE DEP FROM JYO, VA.
Narrative: DURING TAXI, I RECEIVED A FULL RTE CLRNC FROM WASHINGTON CLRNC DELIVERY. WE WERE TAXIING OFF FROM YRO, VA. IT WAS A VERY IN-DEPTH CLRNC. I HAD TO READ IT BACK TWICE. I WAS ENTERING THE WAYPOINT IN THE GPS. I WAS #1 FOR TKOF. IF I DIDN'T GO, I WOULD HAVE HAD TO WAIT. I DIDN'T GET ALL OF THE WAYPOINTS INTO THE COMPUTER AND I WAS AIRBORNE. ONCE I WAS AIRBORNE, I LOOKED FOR THE CLRNC THAT I HAD WRITTEN DOWN. IT HAD STOPPED UNDER THE SEAT. I LOOKED FOR IT, BUT BY THAT TIME I HAD ALREADY PENETRATED DULLES AIRSPACE. I WAS TOLD TO MAKE A R TURN AND THEN THE CTLR CAME BACK AND SAID 'XXXX, TURN TO 360 DEGS.' I MADE A HARD R TURN TO N. BY THAT TIME THEY HAD TO BREAK AN ACFT OFF THE APCH INTO DULLES, WASHINGTON, DC. AFTER THE TURN TO 360 DEGS, I WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD NEED TO CALL APCH CTL WHEN I GOT ON THE GND. I HAVE ONLY BEEN UP INTO THAT AREA ONCE BEFORE BUT I WAS NOT PIC, AND IT WAS TO ANOTHER ARPT BESIDES LEESBURG. THIS RPT IS TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I PENETRATED WASHINGTON, DC, DULLES AIRSPACE WITHOUT CLRNC AND THEY HAD TO DEVIATE ACFT BECAUSE I WAS UNFAMILIAR WITH THE AIRSPACE. I HAD 5 PAX -- 1 WAS IN THE R SEAT OF THE COCKPIT WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED.
