Narrative:
We were assigned to descend via the korry one arrival for lga, to cross bessi intersection at/above 17000 ft. I had this in the FMC but thought (mistakenly) that I had already passed over bessi descending to 16600 ft MSL before noticing the error and immediately climbing back to 17000 ft crossing bessi intersection at 17000 ft. ATC did not respond to this momentary deviation.

Title: A B738 CREW, DSNDING INTO LGA, OVERSHOT A PUBLISHED STAR XING RESTR.
Narrative: WE WERE ASSIGNED TO DSND VIA THE KORRY ONE ARR FOR LGA, TO CROSS BESSI INTXN AT/ABOVE 17000 FT. I HAD THIS IN THE FMC BUT THOUGHT (MISTAKENLY) THAT I HAD ALREADY PASSED OVER BESSI DSNDING TO 16600 FT MSL BEFORE NOTICING THE ERROR AND IMMEDIATELY CLBING BACK TO 17000 FT XING BESSI INTXN AT 17000 FT.
