Narrative:
Radar west didn't coordination the opposite direction approach. Tower did not turn aircraft departing. Radar east turned the regional jet. Supplemental information from acn 544625: the crj was on takeoff on the ATIS advertised runway. The BE40 was on a localizer back course approach, opposite direction, with no coordination with the tower. Radar west position took no action to correct.

Title: BTR RADAR CTLR FAILED TO COORD A BACK COURSE APCH WITH TWR RESULTING IN A LOSS OF SEPARATION WITH ACFT DEPARTING OPPOSITE DIRECTION.
Narrative: RADAR W DIDN'T COORD THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION APCH. TWR DID NOT TURN ACFT DEPARTING. RADAR E TURNED THE REGIONAL JET.
