Narrative:
I was cleared by ground control to taxi to runway 19 for an intersection departure at taxiway G. While approaching runway, I observed a large turbine aircraft taxiing toward me on taxiway C. I was making sure I would clear taxiway C and inadvertently crossed the hold line to runway 19. I immediately came to a full stop with the tail of the aircraft on the hold line. Ground advised me to do a 180 degree turn to get behind hold line. There was never a conflict with other aircraft at any time.

Title: PIPER PA32 PLT STOPPED OVER RWY HOLD SHORT LINE AFTER PROVIDING MORE TAXI ROOM FOR ANOTHER ACFT TAXIING TOWARD HIM FROM THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.
Narrative: I WAS CLRED BY GND CTL TO TAXI TO RWY 19 FOR AN INTXN DEP AT TXWY G. WHILE APCHING RWY, I OBSERVED A LARGE TURBINE ACFT TAXIING TOWARD ME ON TXWY C. I WAS MAKING SURE I WOULD CLR TXWY C AND INADVERTENTLY CROSSED THE HOLD LINE TO RWY 19. I IMMEDIATELY CAME TO A FULL STOP WITH THE TAIL OF THE ACFT ON THE HOLD LINE. GND ADVISED ME TO DO A 180 DEG TURN TO GET BEHIND HOLD LINE. THERE WAS NEVER A CONFLICT WITH OTHER ACFT AT ANY TIME.
