Narrative:

On apr/thu/02 at XA00, I called ground control for IFR clearance and taxi clearance. We received clearance to TA 21. While taxiing, I was reading the checklist to the PF and did not notice him taxiing across runway 21 before it was too late to stop. There was no other traffic in the area and the tower didn't call us. I questioned the PF who stated he thought ground control cleared us to taxi to runway 19.

Narrative: ON APR/THU/02 AT XA00, I CALLED GND CTL FOR IFR CLRNC AND TAXI CLRNC. WE RECEIVED CLRNC TO TA 21. WHILE TAXIING, I WAS READING THE CHKLIST TO THE PF AND DID NOT NOTICE HIM TAXIING ACROSS RWY 21 BEFORE IT WAS TOO LATE TO STOP. THERE WAS NO OTHER TFC IN THE AREA AND THE TWR DIDN'T CALL US. I QUESTIONED THE PF WHO STATED HE THOUGHT GND CTL CLRED US TO TAXI TO RWY 19.
