Narrative:
Our aircraft on short final, visual approach, runway 18L mco. Tower initially cleared another carrier's aircraft (I believe A320) for immediate takeoff on runway 18L. This aircraft had to make slight back-taxi from intersection B2, intersection B1 closed. Tower then canceled his takeoff clearance. This aircraft then reported approximately 10-20 ft past hold line on intersection B2. Tower acknowledged this and said we were still cleared to land. Our crew saw separation was not an issue and landed normally.

Title: A TECHNICAL RWY INCURSION BY AN A320 DOES NOT PREVENT ATCT LCL CTLR TECHNIQUE ATC FROM ALLOWING A B757-200 ON SHORT FINAL TO CONTINUE APCH FOR LNDG RWY 18L AT MCO, FL.
Narrative: OUR ACFT ON SHORT FINAL, VISUAL APCH, RWY 18L MCO. TWR INITIALLY CLRED ANOTHER CARRIER'S ACFT (I BELIEVE A320) FOR IMMEDIATE TKOF ON RWY 18L. THIS ACFT HAD TO MAKE SLIGHT BACK-TAXI FROM INTXN B2, INTXN B1 CLOSED. TWR THEN CANCELED HIS TKOF CLRNC. THIS ACFT THEN RPTED APPROX 10-20 FT PAST HOLD LINE ON INTXN B2. TWR ACKNOWLEDGED THIS AND SAID WE WERE STILL CLRED TO LAND. OUR CREW SAW SEPARATION WAS NOT AN ISSUE AND LANDED NORMALLY.
