Narrative:
ATC cleared us to cross kerno at FL270, on the dylin STAR into newark. The STAR has a crossing restr of kerno at or above FL270, and the FMC was loaded according to the dylin STAR. The aircraft started down at the appropriate time and the descent point appeared accurate. I began briefing the approach. Engine anti-ice was selected on and we neglected to see the change in the descent path. ATC queried us about our descent. At this point we crossed kerno at FL288. The FMC should have been corrected to show crossing kerno at FL270 instead of at or above FL270, and we should have more closely monitored the descent.

Narrative: ATC CLRED US TO CROSS KERNO AT FL270, ON THE DYLIN STAR INTO NEWARK. THE STAR HAS A XING RESTR OF KERNO AT OR ABOVE FL270, AND THE FMC WAS LOADED ACCORDING TO THE DYLIN STAR. THE ACFT STARTED DOWN AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME AND THE DSCNT POINT APPEARED ACCURATE. I BEGAN BRIEFING THE APCH. ENG ANTI-ICE WAS SELECTED ON AND WE NEGLECTED TO SEE THE CHANGE IN THE DSCNT PATH. ATC QUERIED US ABOUT OUR DSCNT. AT THIS POINT WE CROSSED KERNO AT FL288. THE FMC SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED TO SHOW XING KERNO AT FL270 INSTEAD OF AT OR ABOVE FL270, AND WE SHOULD HAVE MORE CLOSELY MONITORED THE DSCNT.
