Narrative:
Air carrier Y was on wlder 4 arrival to mem at FL310. Air carrier X was descending into sdf. Air carrier X was not issued the LOA altitude and I tried to descend him through air carrier Y's altitude with a higher rate of descent.

Narrative: ACR Y WAS ON WLDER 4 ARR TO MEM AT FL310. ACR X WAS DSNDING INTO SDF. ACR X WAS NOT ISSUED THE LOA ALT AND I TRIED TO DSND HIM THROUGH ACR Y'S ALT WITH A HIGHER RATE OF DSCNT.
