Narrative:

The B767/757 fleet has 2 types of hand mikes. Only the older type has a usable bracket that fits the microphone. The new calsel microphone does not have a secure location. On landing in sea, the first officer flight case moved forward and keyed the microphone causing a stuck microphone on tower frequency. I've seen this happen twice. This is a major problem on a busy frequency. These mikes need to be secured properly.
