Narrative:
Flight attendant reported an unconscious passenger on the floor. Flight attendants used aed to determine passenger vital signs. Passenger failed to regain consciousness. No physician onboard. Flight attendant #1 recommended getting passenger to hospital. Declared medical emergency, diverted to las. During descent passenger was in and out of consciousness. Normal landing at las. Paramedics met aircraft and passenger. Passenger removed from aircraft.
