Title: B737-700 CREW RETURNED TO THE DEP STATION BECAUSE THEY WERE UNABLE TO RETRACT THE LEADING EDGE DEVICES. THIS WAS THE SECOND DAY IN A ROW THAT THE ACFT RETURNED FOR THE SAME PROB.
Narrative: LEADING EDGE DEVICES WOULD NOT RETRACT WHEN FLAPS SELECTED UP. RETURNED FOR LNDG. MAINT PERFORMED. ACFT RELEASED TO SVC. NEXT DAY ON DEP, SAME EVENT HAPPENED AGAIN. RETURNED FOR LNDG AT DEP ARPT (BOS).
