Narrative:
I was working position #1, first class. I didn't know what was going on in main cabin until the #2 (reporter) came up to notify me that this passenger appeared to be intoxicated. She cut him off, he got upset and argued with flight attendant. He refused to situation down. He 'heckled' all the passenger around him. When I went back there, I couldn't understand what he was saying (only spoke spanish). All passenger around him were requesting to be moved. He would situation for a while, harassing passenger, then get up and come to main cabin galley, asking for more drinks and offering money. After about 1/2 hour of getting up and down, passenger fell asleep for remainder of the flight. Flight attendant #4 was working the egr machine during boarding and stated that passenger didn't appear to be intoxicated or smell of alcohol upon boarding. He only had 1-2 drinks in-flight. It was unclr if he was actually intoxicated, on medication or something else. Upon deplaning, passenger stumbled up the aisle and fell face first at about row 12. He struggled to get up again. Mexican police escorted him out of the terminal in a wheelchair. He was singing loudly throughout the terminal.
