Narrative:
On climb out, the captain informed us that the forward wing slats were 'stuck' in a partially engaged position and that we would return to ord. We secured the cabin and landed without incident at ord.

Title: B737-400 CREW RETURNED TO THE DEP STATION BECAUSE A LEADING EDGE SLAT WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TKOF AT ORD.
Narrative: ON CLBOUT, THE CAPT INFORMED US THAT THE FORWARD WING SLATS WERE 'STUCK' IN A PARTIALLY ENGAGED POSITION AND THAT WE WOULD RETURN TO ORD. WE SECURED THE CABIN AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT ORD.
