Narrative:
At FL310 starting down to FL290, cabin pressure started to rise rapidly. Crew executed immediate action items as per QRH and moved on to accomplish checklist. Unable to regain cabin pressure, diverted from stl to ind and landed safely with no injury to crew or passenger and no additional mechanical failures.

Title: B737-400 CREW LOST CTL OF PRESSURIZATION AFTER THE THROTTLES WERE CLOSED FOR DSCNT IN ZID CLASS A AIRSPACE.
Narrative: AT FL310 STARTING DOWN TO FL290, CABIN PRESSURE STARTED TO RISE RAPIDLY. CREW EXECUTED IMMEDIATE ACTION ITEMS AS PER QRH AND MOVED ON TO ACCOMPLISH CHKLIST. UNABLE TO REGAIN CABIN PRESSURE, DIVERTED FROM STL TO IND AND LANDED SAFELY WITH NO INJURY TO CREW OR PAX AND NO ADDITIONAL MECHANICAL FAILURES.
