Narrative:
Received call from maintenance control. We were told aircraft coming from bdl had a nose tire with low pressure. A mechanic checked tire pressure when it arrived -- it was 30 psi. I asked the captain how he knew the tire was low, and he said a ramper at bdl said the tire looked low. The captain called maintenance control and told him he could call contract maintenance or take it to ZZZ and have our maintenance look at it. The captain flew to ZZZ and that's when we looked at it.
