Narrative:
I was the captain of the flight and it was the first officer's leg. We had departed runway 26R utilizing prado 6 SID. At some point we had been cleared to 10000 ft. At approximately between arnee and nikkl intxns the TCASII alerted us to an aircraft right above us. At the same time departure control called out the traffic in the same location. A few seconds passed and we received an RA directing us to stop the climb, we complied. Departure control advised us that the aircraft was VFR and was not communicating with anyone. The aircraft descended through our altitude in front of us. By this time we had visual contact with the aircraft and maneuvered away from it. I asked departure control if the aircraft had been communicating with anyone. The controller told us that the aircraft, a falcon jet, had been in contact with center. A few more seconds passed and the falcon jet made contact with departure control. The controller advised the pilot of the falcon about our location and informed him that he had flown very close to us. Departure control handed us off to center and we continued. After we landed, I contacted the chief pilot on call through dispatch and informed him of the event. I also talked to the controllers at center and departure. Both controllers informed me that they were pulling the radar tapes and they would be investigating the event.

Title: B737-300 FLC HAS TCASII RA WITH A FALCON JET DURING DEP FROM ONT.
Narrative: I WAS THE CAPT OF THE FLT AND IT WAS THE FO'S LEG. WE HAD DEPARTED RWY 26R UTILIZING PRADO 6 SID. AT SOME POINT WE HAD BEEN CLRED TO 10000 FT. AT APPROX BTWN ARNEE AND NIKKL INTXNS THE TCASII ALERTED US TO AN ACFT RIGHT ABOVE US. AT THE SAME TIME DEP CTL CALLED OUT THE TFC IN THE SAME LOCATION. A FEW SECONDS PASSED AND WE RECEIVED AN RA DIRECTING US TO STOP THE CLB, WE COMPLIED. DEP CTL ADVISED US THAT THE ACFT WAS VFR AND WAS NOT COMMUNICATING WITH ANYONE. THE ACFT DSNDED THROUGH OUR ALT IN FRONT OF US. BY THIS TIME WE HAD VISUAL CONTACT WITH THE ACFT AND MANEUVERED AWAY FROM IT. I ASKED DEP CTL IF THE ACFT HAD BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH ANYONE. THE CTLR TOLD US THAT THE ACFT, A FALCON JET, HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH CTR. A FEW MORE SECONDS PASSED AND THE FALCON JET MADE CONTACT WITH DEP CTL. THE CTLR ADVISED THE PLT OF THE FALCON ABOUT OUR LOCATION AND INFORMED HIM THAT HE HAD FLOWN VERY CLOSE TO US. DEP CTL HANDED US OFF TO CTR AND WE CONTINUED. AFTER WE LANDED, I CONTACTED THE CHIEF PLT ON CALL THROUGH DISPATCH AND INFORMED HIM OF THE EVENT. I ALSO TALKED TO THE CTLRS AT CTR AND DEP. BOTH CTLRS INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE PULLING THE RADAR TAPES AND THEY WOULD BE INVESTIGATING THE EVENT.
