Narrative:
On a routine check, I had discovered that the #4 main tire on aircraft was worn. I started the process of removing the tire by properly placing the aircraft jack under the right hand gear. Before jacking the aircraft, I verified that the jack was seated properly and the nose tires were chocked. As I started to jack the aircraft, a few mins later, I heard a loud popping sound and realized the aircraft had come off the jack. Then fluid started to pour everywhere under the right gear, having then realized that I had released the brakes. The aircraft had come off the jack point and settled on the chocks.
