Narrative:

I was assigned to aircraft X for hole probe inspection on window belt modification. I was working with another qualified inspector who was training me on the procedure. I was also observed by my foreman on duty and on sep/mon/02 by our ndt (non destructive testing) supervisor. All of my findings were agreed upon by qualified inspectors. It was my understanding that under mpm 04-03D 1&2, that I would be ok to sign off this inspection I have had off aircraft training with the inspector prior to performing the one I did. I had no intentions of any wrong doings at any time and my foreman felt I could perform the task.
