Narrative:
Passenger idented himself as a police officer, demanding a first class seat. As instructed by the gate agent, I asked him to take his assigned seat in coach. He was a very insistent person and always mentioned that he was an officer and that he could protect the cockpit. In the middle of the flight, he was caught smoking in the aft lavatory by 2 of the flight attendants. I asked him to refrain from any other smoking and gave him an 'in-flight disturbance report.' he was very upset and kept saying he was not smoking. But I personally could smell his breath. Upon arrival, he was demanding special service. He said we were lying about the whole situation. He kept saying he was a police officer, he showed a card from the a police department, but he didn't present any badge. He was yelling and screaming at the arrival gate. All flight attendants stepped out and left.
