Narrative:
Passenger was caught smoking in the aft lavatory. Flight attendants confronted him with the problem. Passenger became upset, denied smoking. Demanded another drink. Flight attendants refused. Passenger wanted everyone's name. Threatened the purser. Fb was able to calm passenger down. Flight continued to mad. Air carrier security met the flight on arrival. Passenger was debriefed by station personnel. Did not seem to do any good. Suggest that this passenger be barred from any further flts on air carrier.

Title: B767 PAX SMOKED IN LAVATORY AND BECAME VERY UPSET OVER RESTR AND UNABLE TO HAVE AN ALCOHOL DRINK.
Narrative: PAX WAS CAUGHT SMOKING IN THE AFT LAVATORY. FLT ATTENDANTS CONFRONTED HIM WITH THE PROB. PAX BECAME UPSET, DENIED SMOKING. DEMANDED ANOTHER DRINK. FLT ATTENDANTS REFUSED. PAX WANTED EVERYONE'S NAME. THREATENED THE PURSER. FB WAS ABLE TO CALM PAX DOWN. FLT CONTINUED TO MAD. ACR SECURITY MET THE FLT ON ARR. PAX WAS DEBRIEFED BY STATION PERSONNEL. DID NOT SEEM TO DO ANY GOOD. SUGGEST THAT THIS PAX BE BARRED FROM ANY FURTHER FLTS ON ACR.
