Narrative:

Holding short of A5 on taxiway a at msn. We were then cleared to taxi to runway 3. We proceeded to cross runway 18/36 and started the taxi to runway 3. Ground control then informed us that the hold short line for runway 3 is co-located with the hold short line for runway 18/36. Ground then informed us that we were 'ok' where we were, and to just contact tower. We took off runway 3 with no incident. I did not notice the runway hold short line for runway 3 was co-located with the hold short for runway 18/36. It was discovered after ground control notified us that we had crossed over the hold short line.

Title: AN SF34 CREW, TAXIING FOR TKOF AT MSN, CROSSED THE HOLD LINE FOR THEIR ASSIGNED RWY WITHOUT A CLRNC.

Narrative: HOLDING SHORT OF A5 ON TXWY A AT MSN. WE WERE THEN CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 3. WE PROCEEDED TO CROSS RWY 18/36 AND STARTED THE TAXI TO RWY 3. GND CTL THEN INFORMED US THAT THE HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 3 IS CO-LOCATED WITH THE HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 18/36. GND THEN INFORMED US THAT WE WERE 'OK' WHERE WE WERE, AND TO JUST CONTACT TWR. WE TOOK OFF RWY 3 WITH NO INCIDENT. I DID NOT NOTICE THE RWY HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 3 WAS CO-LOCATED WITH THE HOLD SHORT FOR RWY 18/36. IT WAS DISCOVERED AFTER GND CTL NOTIFIED US THAT WE HAD CROSSED OVER THE HOLD SHORT LINE.
