Normal climb out through FL300, cabin pressure altitude warning horn aural warning sounded. Cabin altitude indicator displayed slightly greater than 10000 ft, increasing. Crew initiated excessive cabin altitude procedure. Advised ATC of leveloff at FL303, immediate descent required. Cabin continued to climb at 600 FPM. No abnormal pressurization control panel indications. Unable to control cabin altitude. Received immediate descent clearance to 10000 ft. Returned to departure airport.
