Narrative:
XA30 local saturday, we were cleared to land on runway 12. The controller also cleared the twin otter for takeoff on runway 7. I did not hear this. I continued and landed in front of the twin otter, coming within 5 ft of the aircraft. I landed, went to parking, and got a call 3 days later from the north las vegas tower chief. I still was unaware of what happened until the chief talked to me. The tower chief listened to the tape and determined that I was not at fault. He stated no action would be taken against me.
