Narrative:

ATC issued garbled runway crossing instructions. I read back instructions slowly and clearly before proceeding. I read back taxi instructions to ATC. Captain misunderstood instructions and made wrong turn while I was giving takeoff PA. We queried ground and they said no problem, continue taxi. En route, during climb, we responded to an RA for traffic not reported by ATC. No more than a 200 ft to 300 ft altitude deviation occurred. Initial controller allowed us 30 degrees heading deviation around WX. When we switched to next controller, he questioned our heading before telling us to proceed direct when able.
