Narrative:
After landing, both packs tripper and smoke entered the cockpit and cabin. We expedited our way to the gate to get the people off and figure out exactly what happened. It appears the aircraft was in flight mode and pack fans didn't operate, overheating the packs and producing smoke. The fire department met us at the jetway. People exited the airplane uneventfully.
