Narrative:
After takeoff 'smoke toilet' caution message illuminated with an odd smell in cabin and cockpit. An immediate return to landing was made in visual conditions. Crash fire rescue equipment rescue was rolled. Message disappeared after landing. Upon arrival at gate, no fire was noted, crash fire rescue equipment rescue scanned area with thermal imager, and temperatures were normal. No damage or injuries were sustained and the aircraft was deplaned at the gate.

Title: CL65 FLC HAS 'SMOKE TOILET' WARNING LIGHT IN COCKPIT AFTER TKOF, RETURNS TO DEP ARPT.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF 'SMOKE TOILET' CAUTION MESSAGE ILLUMINATED WITH AN ODD SMELL IN CABIN AND COCKPIT. AN IMMEDIATE RETURN TO LNDG WAS MADE IN VISUAL CONDITIONS. CFR RESCUE WAS ROLLED. MESSAGE DISAPPEARED AFTER LNDG. UPON ARR AT GATE, NO FIRE WAS NOTED, CFR RESCUE SCANNED AREA WITH THERMAL IMAGER, AND TEMPS WERE NORMAL. NO DAMAGE OR INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED AND THE ACFT WAS DEPLANED AT THE GATE.
