Vectored for visual approach and landing. Completed alternate gear extension checklist and made no flap landing. On rollout, captain had no toe brakes. Thrust reversers were not used as only 1 was available and nosewheel steering was not operative with this hydraulic failure. The emergency brakes, with no antiskid were used. 4 main gear tires failed. The aircraft came to a stop at a runway turnoff. There was damage to the flaps caused by tire failure. There were no injuries.
