Narrative:
The entire cabin filled with smoke immediately after takeoff. Cockpit was notified and they turned aircraft packs off. Smoke continued to thicken. It did not have a material-burn smell, but more of an oil/residue/chemical smell. There was also a distinct acrid taste to it. The cockpit was able to circle around and land the aircraft in several mins, without the necessity of an evacuate/evacuation. It was surmised that the APU had an oil leak.
