Narrative:
On the night of dec/mon/02, I was assigned to change the fuel control on the r-hand engine of aircraft X. My crew chief and I looked up the part number in the ipc, ordered the F/C, and I installed it, and leak checked it. It was trimmed by another crew, released for flight and flew 3 revenue flts. A technical item was issued and the F/C was changed on dec/sat/02 at ZZZ1.
